When I was in library school, they had movable bookcases for government documents on tracks. This is a picture of sliding cases at the British Museum. There is an 18% cut in funding being asked for for New York state libraries. Everything is true about this article. We have been providing tax forms for library patrons. We print out tax forms sometimes at the reference desk for patrons if they are not available in the shipments which the IRS and state tax department has sent us.

I was looking at this, they are accepting submissions for a new journal in January 2010, the Journal of Library Innovation. It looks quite interesting. The site is basically a complete blank.
